Tragedy once again struck another Catawba County High School on Wednesday with the unexpected death of Maiden High School rising senior Javaughn Propst.

A year after graduating from Bunker Hill High School and now attending Pfeiffer University, Jordan Eckard has grown on the baseball diamond.
After spending the past 16 years at the school, St. Stephens girls soccer coach Chuck Davis is stepping down.
Davis announced his decision to retire from coaching after 26 seasons on Wednesday.
